cells with antibody to Nod1 (PC-491).
Method: 10 μg per lane of total cell extracts from mock
transfected HEK 293T cells (lane 1) or HEK 293T cells
transfected with a plasmid coding for human Nod1 (lane 2)
were run on a SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by Western blot.
After transfer to nitrocellulose, the membrane was probed
with PC-491 at a 1:1,000 dilution. After 1 hour of incubation
at RT, the membrane was extensively washed and then
incubated with goat anti-rabbit horseradish peroxidase for
ECL detection.
